Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Spray generously with fat free cooking spray.2. Once pan is hot, add celery and onion. Saute until softened, about 5 minutes.3.Add spinach leaves and thyme to pan. continue to stir and saute for about 1 minute.4. Stir in garlic and saute another minute.5. Add worcesterchire sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper, stir thoroughly. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and place in a bowl away from the heat to cool.6.
