1 cup of Sun Dried Tomatoes
1 Sweet Red Pepper
2 Large Eggs
1 Cup of McCann's Irish Oatmeal
2 cloves of chopped Garlic

Here is how you make Turkey, Spinach and Feta Meatloaf:

Spray a bread pan or casserole dish with olive oil flavored cooking spray. Preheat oven to 400. Chop garlic, Red Pepper, onion, spinach and Sun dried tomatoes. In a large bowl add chopped ingredients. Add 2 eggs. Add ground turkey, feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. (add salt and pepper to taste if desired) Pour mixture into bread pan or casserole dish. Cover with foil.
