Here is how you make Turkey, Spinach, and Onion Quiche:

In a medium skillet over high heat, brown ground turkey. Once the ground turkey has browned, add diced onion and spinach. Let the diced onion saute and the spinach wilt. Set mixture aside to cool for a few minutes. In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs with milk, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the ground turkey, onion, and spinach mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 10-inch tarte pan/pie dish. Top with feta cheese. Bake quiche for 25 minutes or until the center is set and the outside edge is golden brown.
