1 lb ground turkey I used 85/15 because that's all they had at the store
1 small onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cans diced tomatoes drained
1 small can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp oregano seperated
2 Tbsp basil seperated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp Garlic powder ? I didn't measure but this is close
1 small spaghetti squash



How Do I Make Spaghetti with turkey and squash?

Here is how you make Spaghetti with turkey and squash:

Brown ground turkey about half way through add 1 Tbsp basil, 1 Tbsp oregano, 1.5 Tbsp garlic powder, after brown remove from pan add onion and mushrooms to the juice where the turkey cooked. Cook until onions are soft. Drain. While the turkey is browning, take a small spaghetti squash cut in half (may take some work because they are HARD) scrap out the seeds and place half of the squash, skin side up in a dish of water and put in the microwave for about 8 - 10 mins. I turned it around about 3 times during this process. (put the other half in the fridge for some other dish) Add the turkey back into the pan with the onions and mushrooms. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes drained and 1 can tomato sauce. Add another Tbsp of oregano and basil and about 1.5 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 tsp of salt and pepper. Take spaghetti squash out turn over and using a fork scrap out the squash and add it to the sauce. Cook for a couple of mins to let the flavors blend.
