Add chopped turkey meat, mushrooms, onion, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Cook until mushrooms and onions have wilted. Separately, mix water and flour until relatively smooth and add mixture to hot stew. Incorporate flour mixture into stew. Add frozen peas. Cover and simmer until peas are hot.
