Set aside.Cut turkey breast into 1-inch pieces. Combine all vegetables, soup and turkey in crock pot. Stir all ingredients together well. Cook on high for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hour until turkey is done. Feel free to stir occasionally. If mixture appears to be drying out, add some chicken broth sparingly as too much moisture will change the consistency of the meal.When turkey is done, add 1/2 cup broth to crock pot and add stuffing mix. Mix well.
