1 pound 99% fat free all white meat turkey breast
1 can fat free, low sodium chicken broth
1 box whole wheat chicken stuffing

Here is how you make Stuffed Turkey Stew:

Open all cans of vegetables and drain. Set aside.Cut turkey breast into 1-inch pieces. Combine all vegetables, soup and turkey in crock pot. Stir all ingredients together well. Cook on high for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hour until turkey is done. Feel free to stir occasionally. If mixture appears to be drying out, add some chicken broth sparingly as too much moisture will change the consistency of the meal.When turkey is done, add 1/2 cup broth to crock pot and add stuffing mix. Mix well.
