Add 2 slices turkey bacon and cook until crisp. Combine turkey sausage and ground turkey and saute with previous until thoroughly cooked. Add mushrooms and stir for about a minute. Drain off the fat and add 1-2 T flour and stir in to soak up excess fat. Add Sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup and press in the garlic cloves. Mix and let simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Add 1/2c - 1 c wine and simmer for additional 5 minutes. If you'd like it a little thinner, add some low-sodium chicken broth or just plain water.
