1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 tbsp onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp VE Pasta Seasoning
VE Sea Salt & VE Ground Pepper, to taste

Here is how you make Jenha's Turkey Quinoa Stuffed Peppers:

1. Slice peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds, stems and ribs. Set aside. 2. Lightly spray frying pan with extra-virgin olive oil and add turkey. Season with VE Pasta seasoning and salt/pepper (if desired). Add minced onion and garlic and cook until lightly browned.3. Reserve 4 tbsp marinara sauce. Add cooked quinoa and marinara sauce and mix thoroughly. Spoon mixture equally into 4 pepper halves. Top each pepper with 1 tbsp of reserved marinara sauce. 4. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
