1 tbsp. parsley

1 large tomato sliced thinly
1/4 c. low-fat parmesan cheese

Here is how you make Squash Stuffed with Ground Turkey:

Brown ground turkey in a skillet.While meat is cooking, chop onion, mushrooms and green pepper.Add chopped raw veggies and cooked rice to the cooked turkey.Continue to cook on low heat until veggies are cooked.
