Here is how you make Turkey Stuffed Green Peppers:

Wash and halve the green peppers. Remove the seeds and innards. Sautee the onion and garlic. Slightly cook the turkey. I use already cooked brown rice (usually Steamfresh brand). Mix the onions, garlic, brown rice, and slightly cooked turkey together. Add the spaghetti sauce and two egg whites.Mix well and separate the mixture into the 3 halved peppers.Cook covered with aluminum foil for roughly 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
