1/5 lb 93% lean ground turkey
2 medium portobello mushrooms (stems and gills removed)
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup finely shredded fontina cheese

Here is how you make Turkey Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms:

Position rack in the lowest position, pre-heat oven to 400 degreesPlace oil and onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook stirring occasionally and reducing heat as necessary to prevent scorching, until softened and starting to turn golden (about 20 min) Stir in vinegarCombine rosemary, salt, and pepper into a small dish.
