1 can mushrooms, drained
1 jar pasta sauce
1 cup non fat cottage cheese
4 oz partly skimmed mozza cheese, shredded

Here is how you make Turkey Stuffed Shells:

Cook 20 jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.While cooking pasta, cook turkey with onions and garlic until turkey is no longer pink. Add mushrooms, 1 cup pasta sauce, and cottage cheese. Heat through. Remove from heat.Spread remaining pasta sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan. Stuff shells with meat sauce and place in pan. If there is any meat sauce remaining, pour over shells. Sprinkle with mozza.
