Preheat oven to 400F.Make the sauce: in a 2-cup measure mix tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, water, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.In a medium bowl mix ground turkey, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix in 2/3 cup of the sauce. Form into a loaf shape and place in a baking dish (a loaf pan works well). Leave about 1/2 inch around the sides.Pour remaining sauce over the loaf.
