Here is how you make Trim Turkey Tetrazzini:

Cook and drain spaghetti. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Whisk in flour. Add chicken broth, milk salt, and pepper. Heat, stirring contantly until thickened (this takes a while). Add turkey, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and spaghetti to skillet. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour turkey mixture into baking dish. Top with crumbled croutons.
