Here is how you make Turkey Vegetable Curry:

In a wok, saute onion & celery in olive oil, until just tender, then add in ginger and garlic and salt, saute a few minutes longer.Add frozen veggies, when soft, add cooked turkey meat. When everything is warmed add in the coconut milk and stir in the curry powder. Mix all together, then simmer for about 10 minutes.About six, 1-cup servings.
