Cook pasta, drain, and set aside. In a skillet cook ground turkey and onions until turkey is fully cooked. Stir in soup, sour cream, and cheese. Stir in vegetables and the drained pasta. Stir until everything is combined. Tranfer it to a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, @ 375 degrees for 30 minutes. remove cover and back for 5 minutes. Optional and not included in calorie count: Top with crushed crackers after removing lid and continue to bake the last 5 minutes. Number of Servings: 2
