1 tsp low or no-sodium taco seasoning

1 Tblsp olive oil
3 tsp soy sauce
1/4 c brown sugar

Here is how you make Turkey Veggie Quinoa Meatloaf:

1) Cook Quinoa in the chicken broth according to directions. Fluff and remove to a large mixing bowl to cool.2) Preheat Oven to 3503) Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium high heat. Add mushroom, onion and peppers. Cook till onions and peppers are softened and drain any liquid off. Return pan to heat.4) Add ground turkey and carrots. Cook until turkey is crumbly.
