Combine diced peppers, diced carrots, eggs, turkey, crackers, and seasonings to taste (I use garlic salt, pepper, and thyme). In square baking pan cover the bottom with a can of NSA diced tomatoes. Then place turkey mix ontop and flatten out it be even.
