Preheat oven to 180 C. Grease and line slice pan. Combine zucchini, carrot, capsicum, chorizo, cheese and flour in a bowl. Whisk together oil and eggs. add to vegetable mixture. Pour into pan and smooth surface. Gently press tomatoes, evenly spaced into top of slice. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into pieces.
