6 no boil lasgana noodles
1 sm onion chopped
2 Tbs brummel and brown buttery spread
1/4 c flour
2 c skim milk
1 c low fat ricotta cheese
1 - 10 oz pkg frozen spinach thawed and water squeezed out
1 c chopped broccoli
1 c shredded carrots
1 c chopped mushrooms
2 tbs reduced fat parmesan cheese
1 c fat free mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make White Vegetable Lasagna:

saute onion in brummel and brown until soft. Whisk in flour. Then add milk with whisk. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Set aside. Combine the carrots, spinach, mushrooms and broccoli. Layer the lasgana. Start with 1/2 c sauce, then 2 noodles, ricotta and then half the veggies. Repeat and then top with last 2 noodles and the remaining sauce. Make sure to cover the top laayer of noodles completely. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Coer with foli and bake at 350 for 45 min.
