1/4 cup flour
3 bay leaves
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 tbs. thyme
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cups water


How Do I Make Pork Vegetable Stew?

Here is how you make Pork Vegetable Stew:

Place chopped carrots, potato and celery in large crockpot. Sprinkle half the flour on the vegetables and toss to coat. Add the garlic and the ginger; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread the bay leaves on top of the vegetables. Salt and pepper the pork loin. Rub with thyme and allspice; toss in remaining flour. Position on top of the vegetables.
