1 small can of water chestnuts
1 bunch asparagus cut into 1" pieces
10 baby carrots, shredded
1/2 head cauliflower
1 8-oz package, portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red, yellow & orange bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 bunch of broccoli, cut into pieces and stems skinned
2 ribs of celery, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 cups snap peas, halved
3 tbsp Roasted garlic
1/2 of a squeezed orange juice
2 oz white wine
3 tbsp soy sauce (use lite for less sodium)
3 tbsp olive oil
16 oz lobster or crab chunks
12 oz shrimp, tail removed

Saute all vegetables in olive oil until al dente. Start with corn as that takes the longest to soften. Add seasonings. Once veggies are al dente add seafood. Cook 5-7 min on med heat.
