Here is how you make Shrimp and Vegetable Medley:

Cut asparagus into 1 in. piecesDice all remaining vegetables (1/4 in. pieces)Place vegetables in 2 in deep non-stick frying pan and cover. Cook at medium heat stirring occassionally for ten minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper to vegetables. In a bowl, season peeled shrimp with all purpose seasoning, stirring the shrimp as you sprinkle shrimp. After cooking the vegetables for 10 minutes, add shrimp and lemon juice, cover. Cook for another 10 minutes stirring occassionally.
