.5 cup white sesame seeds
.5 cup black sesame seeds
1Tbsp wasabi powder
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 pieces tuna loin (about 8 oz each), cut in half
greens (such as baby spinach)
vegetable oil cooking spray

SLAWAttach grating blade to food processor. Julienne each vegetable and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add vegetables and cilantro. Mix gently. Let rest for 30 minutes.TUNACOmbine sesame seeds and wasabi in a bowl;season with salt and pepper. Heat large nonstick pan over high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray than drizzle in oil. Salt tuna lightly, then coat with the sesame wasabi mixture. Reduce heat to medium . Sear tuna until ightly browned, about 2 minutes. FLip, then cook 2 minutes more.
