Wash & Slice fresh squash and zucchini into thin pieces. Into a Large Ziploc - Zip'n Steam bag add the sliced squash & zucchini. Place the Alaska Pollock Fillet on top. Throw in a dash of Mrs. Dash for flavoring.Seal bag and Microwave for approx. 6 to 8 minutes. Depending on taste. This is with the fish frozen.Plate up and enjoy! 1 serving!Great Quick Meal that is easy to do. You can alter the recipe to add what ever vegetable that you like most. This makes a great quick meal that can be fixed at work.Note: You may want to get a air freshener for work. There is a fish smell when you take it out of the bag.
