In nonstick skillet saute onions, mushrooms and green peppers in olive oil until tender. In a bowl combine mushroom mixture, carrots, celery, eggs, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pepper, salt, and seasoning in a bowl. Add bread crumbs.Coat a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and then line with wax paper. Place vegetable mixture in pan.
