Mix together all of the ingredients and seasong to taste. Red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. If using for patties, gently fry on both sides till brown, or use for stuffing green peppers. These should be cooked at 350 covered with foil in a water bath for about 45 minutes or peppers are soft.
