Mix together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together brotht, oil, soya sauce and then add tto dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Put 1/8th of the mixture on a piece of tin foil and shape into a "sausage". Roll up the sausage in the tin foil and seal well. In a food steamer, steam the sausages for 40 minutes.
