Add the milled flax seed, beans and mushrooms and chop then puree/grind unitl they are a consistency you prefer. (Mine was kind of like oatmeal.)Put pureed mix into a mixing bowl stir in bread crumbs and egg. Divide in 2-3 oz balls and flatten like a burger. (You can go bigger, but this will affect the nutritional value.) You may want to dust your hands with flour as it is very sticky.Warm olive oil in a skillet.
