How Do I Make Veggie Gravy?

Here is how you make Veggie Gravy:

Saute onion and peppers in a bit of broth until soft and translucent, adding broth as needed. Add the rest of the broth and simmer until veggies are completely done. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup of the broth mixture and add back into simmering gravy. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can add more broth as desired for consistency. It only has 5 calories per cup so adding more won't mess up your calorie count. Variation - Before adding the cornstarch, you can use the gravy in a slow cooker, skillet, or Instant Pot to cook your meat. It's excellent with low-fat pork or chicken. Once the meat is done, remove and continue with recipe, adding cornstarch as above. Serving Size:?1/4 cup
