Preheat 325spray baking sheet with pam, set asideCut zucchini lengthwise place on sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.groil till tender and lightly browned (8 min)Set aside to coolCook meat in skillet over med-high. Stir to break up clumps(3 min). Add pepper, onion, garlic. Cook till no longer pink approx 4 more minutes. Stir in sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. Stirring frequently .
