What Are The Ingredients For Veggie Melt Recipe?The ingredients for Veggie Melt are: garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, zucchini, green onions, light italian dressing, fresh lemon juice, tomato, cheddar sheese, monterey jack cheese, whole wheat dinner rollsHow Do I Make Veggie Melt?Here is how you make Veggie Melt: Chop all the veggies, except the tomatoes, and the garlic and place it in a large bowl. Pour italian dressing and lemon juice over the top. Mix well. Let veggies marinate if possible. Slice tomato(s) as thick as you like. Slice cheese (again, as thick as you like). Slice the rolls in half. Using one roll, place on a plate, inside face up. Scoop a half cup of veggies on each half. Cover each side with one slice of tomato, then a slice or 2 of cheese on each half as well. Heat it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (depending on your microwave). Enjoy! I've changed this recipe by adding other veggies like summer squash and such or by taking some things out I didn't have around.
