Here is how you make Roasted Veggie Bowl:

This is so easy to make, and you can add in whatever you like really. All you do is chop everything up, add a little oil and spices you like, then stick it in the oven on a low heat. I use 325- though honestly you can cook it at any temperature you like (up to 415). The slower and longer you cook it though the sweeter and more concentrated the veggies will be. Put it in the oven and let it go until the top layer of veggies starts to look browned then stir. Repeat until reduced to about 1/2 to 1/4 of the original size.
