Here is how you make Dan's Very Veggie Stir-Fry:

1- put sesame seed oil in the wok and heat.2- Add quorn with half of the soy sauce, trappey's hot sauce, and worchestershire sauce. Cook and stir 2 minutes.3- Add baby bok choy and onion. Cook and stir 2 minutes.4- Add the broccoli, zucchini, and green onion with the rest of the remaining liquids (including the vermouth) Cook and stir 10 mins.5- Add the snap peas (or snow peas!).
