Heat oil in large wok or skillet. Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds. Add all vegetables and stir constantly while on medium high heat. When brocolli is bright green and nappa is semi-soft, add diced ham just to heat.Meanwhile, mix remaining items with 1/4 cup water and use whisk to blend well.
