2 Tbls Teriyaki (Recipe Calculated with Lawry's Marinade - w/Pineapple Juice)

2-2.5 Cups of Stirfry Veggies (Broccoli, Carrots,Cabbage,Snow Peas, Snap Peas, etc)

Rice - I make up 3/4 Cup of dry rice and then cut what it makes in half - half for something later like burritos and the other half to eat with the Stir Fry

The first step is to start cooking the rice because it is what takes the longest. In a pan - heat up the olive oil and minced garlic. When the olive oil and garlic are hot, add the stir fry veggies. Cook the veggies up a little bit. When you feel the veggies are ready, add the Teriyaki sauce. This will speed up the cooking of the veggies. When veggies are close to tender but not soggy, you are all done. :) A little bit crispy still on the veggies is a good thing. Throw the veggies in a bowl with the cooked rice - and there you go.
