Here is how you make Yummy Veggie Tacos:

1. Heat olive oil in small skillet. Warm tortillas one at a time 10 seconds on each side just to soften, set on paper towels to drain.2. Add onion to hot skillet stir fry one to two minutes until soft, add green pepper stir fry two minutes. Add garlic, zuchini and squash, stir fry until veggies are still slightly crisp 2 to 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste, add tomatos, salsa, hot pepper sauce (and cilantro if using). Stir and heat until warm. 3. Divide between four tortillas top with cheddar cheese.
