In a large pot, boil noodles until done (about 8 minutes); drain and set aside. Melt butter in pot over medium-low heat then add carrots, broccoli, celery, onion, mushrooms, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir until vegetables, spices, and butter are well mixed. Cover and let cook until vegetables are just tender (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Uncover pot and add cream of mushroom soup, yogurt, milk, and tuna, mixing well. Cover pot and let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook frozen peas in microwave according to package directions.
