Heat the oil and garlic and put the cut up pieces of chicken in the pan. Add spices. (Any kind you prefer, I generally use no salt like Mrs. Dash, or garlic powder, feel free to mix and match!) Once the outsides are cooked, at all of the veggies, if you like a lot of flavor add more spices. Add the other tbsp of olive oil. Mix around in the pan on medium high heat. Make sure chicken is cooked through. Plate the meal and top with feta cheese if desired.
