Red Potato, 170 grams

Here is how you make Marinated Cornish Hens with Mixed Veggies:

Defrost cornish hens (if in freezer) the night before. Marinade:In a "throw away" foil pan, put 4 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. duck sauce (optional), 2 medium onions chopped, 3 cloves of garlic grated over the hens. Sprinkle Morton's Nature's Seasoning all over.Marinate hens for 4 hours.Prepare veggies right before you take the hens out of the fridge. Get a long piece of foil. Cut potatoes in slices. Add 1 bag of baby carrots (small bag) and 2 medium onions sliced. Put in foil and sprinkle with Morton's Nature's Seasoning and wrap tight.
