2 lbs chuck roast

1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped carrots
2 cups cooked speghetti noodles
2 tbls soy sauce

Here is how you make Marinated Chuck Roast With Sauted Veggies:

In a resealable plastic bag, combine the ketchup, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add meat. Seal bag and turn to coat meat. Refrigerate 8 hrs, or overnight.Drain and reserve marinade. Grill meat until med (or to preferance). While meat is cooking saute peppers, mushrooms, carrots, until hot and still crisp. Add soy sauce and reseved marinade (to taste or desired consistancy).
