1 12oz can of light beer
1 cup water
1 beef bullion cube
1 small bay leaf
1 tsp splenda
0.75 tsp salt
0.25 tsp thyme
0.125 tsp black pepper

Saute sliced onions and put il 3 quart cassrole dish.Brown venison in pan you saute onions. After venison is browned, add 1 can 12 oz beer. Mix flour into water and stir until lumps are dissolved.Add to venison and beer. bring to boil until thickened as gravy. Add gravy and venison to onions in casserole dish.Stir in spices and sugar.Bake at 350 degrees for 1 & 1/2 hours.Remove Bay LeafBefore serving boil egg noodle , drain and stir into casserole dish with venison. *May substitute egg noodle for mashed potatoes.
