Heat 2 quarts water. Add rotini and cook according to package direction. When al dente, drain and set aside.In a large skillet, heat oil. Add chopped onions, celery and garlic. Stir, turn down heat and cover: sweat until vegetables are tender. Add ground venison, stirring to break up into small pieces. Add spices, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water with better than bouillion mixed in, and vegetables. Bring to a boil, turn down heat.
