You mix all the items in order in a blender and mix on high for about 4 minutes. Let sit for 15 minutes. Heat a medium sized non stick pan or crepe pan if you have one. spray with pan spray. The recipe said to use 2 TB of the batter. I measured this out and it's 1/8 C measure, which was easier than dolling out 2 Tb.pour it in the middle and then swirl the pan around to spread the mixture as quickly as you can. watch bubbles form and check the bottom to see if it's golden, then carefully flip over. store with wax paper in between.
