Here is how you make Savory Sliders with wheat rolls:

In a large bowl mix together ground beef, onion, mushrooms, eggs, and all the seasonings in a bowl until well combined. In a large cookie sheet, press out the beef. (TIP:I measured mine out a little longer and wider than my package of buns, because they will shrink.) Cut into 12 even squares, making sure they are a little bigger than the rolls. Fry each square patty for about 3 mins on each side. It doesn't take long because they are thin, so watch them, if they cook too long they will be dry. If desired, top with cheese while they are still hot, and serve with desired toppings. About 10 mins or so before serving, wrap your rolls in foil and place in a warm oven. This makes 12 sliders.
