Pour over sauteed fruit and bake, 20 to 25 minutes, until fully brown and puffed. Check at 20 minutes but if not sure, leave in the extra 5 min to avoid an eggy texture. May be served with a drizzle of male syrup. This is not a sweet recipe. You may find you want to add more sweetener.You can make this with mango, apple, pear, peaches, or plums.
