Here is how you make Apple Puff Pancake:

Heat oven to 400. Place small amount of butter in an oven safe pan. Place pan in oven until butter is melted.Beat eggs. Add soymilk, salt and mix well. Slowly add 1/2 flour mix well. Add Butter. Add remaining flour, mix until smooth. Place in oven 25 min or until golden brown.SAUCEPlace apples, water, raisins, sugar and cinnammon in sauce pot. Simmer covered until apples are tender. Mix 2 Tbsp cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of water. Add to apple mixture. Stir until thickened.
