Lightly coat pan with cooking spray. Add fillets, then green onions and tomato around the fillets in the pan. Cook for 1 minute.
Gently turn the fish over and add the rest of the marinade. Cover with lid and turn heat to low. Cook for 2 to 4 miniutes.
