1. Cut raw bacon in half. (I find using a pair of kitchen scissors work good)2. Coat bottom of baking dish with barbecue sauce and a few half slices of bacon2. Wrap scallops with bacon half slices. When wrapping bacon around scallops, don't wrap around the scallop like a wheel. Wrap the bacon from one flat side around to the other flat side and back to the original flat side. 3. Place bacon wrapped scallops in baking dish.4. After wrapping all the scallops, put remaining barbecue sauce on top of and around scallops.5. Place scallops in oven, preheated to 375 degrees, for about 25 to 30 mins. The bacon scallops will start to brown on edges.
