1/4 c whole wheat panko
2 T tartar sauce (I use my own, half mayo, half 0 fat Fage yogurt, with chili garlic sauce, dijon, lemon juice, sweet relish)

Here is how you make Baked Cod Cakes:

Preheat oven to 400. Stir together the ingredients in a bowl along with salt and pepper to taste. Form into cakes (I put on surgical gloves & do this by hand) and place on a baking pan sprayed with Pam. Bake until done (15-20 min). Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.This is also great cold, on a salad or in a sandwich.
